FIRST OF ALL, Noel is a hedonistic-drug-addict-turned-vampire, which comes with related content warnings! I have an opt-in HERE for talk of sensitive subjects and also his emotional manipulation powers which he may or may not buy back at some point in mwm.
Now for basic OC info: Noel was a Vampire the Requiem tabletop character originally, so some concepts from the game will probably come up now and then. However I've altered or abandoned a ton of it for fun/ease of rp so he's not going to adhere to tabletop rules or anything like that.
That said: He was an A-list grunge rock frontman in the 90s who got turned into a vampire by his fangy girlfriend when he overdosed in 1998! He has... not really cleaned up his act, but his mess is a lot more managed than it was before. Over time he built up a strip of bars and clubs in the LA area, which he managed as a pseudo-crime boss. Nowadays he's stumbled into a supernatural hero party and does plot things while his (now-ex) girlfriend minds the bars, but he spends as much time at home being a lazy hedonist as he can. He likes sex, drugs, rock'n'roll, and beating up bad guys, and is a morally grey weirdo who believes in individual freedom and lack of discrimination and not harming the weak but also will commit murder to keep the peace.
